Atari development tools in Docker (update)

Docker image with Atari toolchains, which was published by me several months ago on DockerHub was updated. In short VASM m68k cross compiler was upgraded to v. 1.9c and both GNU gcc compilers (traditional aout and brownelf) were bumped up to v. 12.2. More details on project page of Docker hub. Image can be used for instance on GitHub or BitBucket repositories to automate build processes.
