SCons with m68k cross-compiler

I’m also working on the second article that will be about removing standard library dependencies from gcc (C/C++). Sqward made it first, but I am writing this down. His last Falcon 030 SV2011 invitation was written in C++ and didn’t weight several gigabytes ;), which is cool thing when we creating software for Atari TOS machines.
