Moved to AtariForge

I’ve moved all my Atari related projects from Assembla to AtariForge. So, both AMIDI lib and Reminiscence have their respective project webpages. From now on it’s also possible to view SVN repositories, subscribe to mailing lists and much more…

Second thing is that on AF new project was founded aimed primarly at development for ct60/63 and CTPCI (http://atariforge.org/gf/project/ctpci/).
